How a survey works

1. Free scope call

2. On-site survey or predictive design

For existing sites, we visit and conduct passive and active surveys using the Ekahau Sidekick 2. For new builds and fit-outs, we model your floorplan in Ekahau Pro and design AP placement, channels, and power levels before a cable goes in.

3. Report and walkthrough

You receive a full report — heatmaps, AP placement plans, channel and power recommendations, an executive summary for stakeholders, and a vendor-agnostic spec your installer can work from. We walk you through it on a call.
